In 25 years of owning cars (and subsequent maintenance and service), I have never experienced such wonderful and personal customer service and impeccable work as I have just experienced at Victory Lane. Someone rear-ended my car and my insurance carrier recommended Victory Lane to do the repairs... talk about a silver lining to a dark cloud! I'm so glad that person hit my car! My husband and I had been looking for a good place to service our vehicles and what a blessing it was to find Victory Lane! Marcy and John are THE BEST in the business and they took care everything swiftly and efficiently. So much so that I had them repair some other items asside from the accident damage. Absolutely beautiful work and they worked hard to keep the costs to a minimum. They are fair, honest and so personable!... I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the Camas/Washougal area.

Hometown service at its best!!. My cousin was in an accident in my car at around 4:30 in the afternoon. By the time all was said and done it was almost 6 pm. I had dealt with Victory lane in the past and had good experiences both times. When I called the shop to tell them I wanted my car taken there to be repaired the owner, John, he gave me his private cell number and had me give it to the tow truck driver to call him when he got there and he would come down and personally get my car taken care of. The next afternoon I got out to the shop and they helped me contact the other parties insurance company and get me into a rental car and had everything squared away in a very efficent and timely manner. I recieved weekly updates about my car and my car was returned to me on the day promised. I would highly reccommend this shop to anyone. THey make you feel very welcome when you enter their office. Victory Lane made me feel as if I were their number one priority and to me that is what makes a great business! Keep up the good work guys!!

I brought a trunk lid in for these guys to paint. Most of the places I went to didn't even want to talk to me because the job was so small. The guys at Victory Lane took interest and treated my small job with the same respect I assume they treat every job. The turnaround time on the part was lighting fast and the paint job was flawless. Even though I didn't have them blend the paint job into the rest of the car they managed to get a perfect match on the color.

These guys are super fast, super good and very competitively priced. I will certainly be back.

I ran into a possum a year and a half ago and did some extensive damage to my bumper. I took my car to Victory Lane the next day and received an estimate. Unfortunately, life happened and I ended up driving around with a beat up bumper for a year and a half. Last week, I called Victory Lane and asked if they happened to still have a copy of the estimate. Surprisingly enough, they did. Christine, the office manager, was helpful, friendly, and great to work with. And guess what? They did it for for within $50 of the original estimate. My car looks great and they even washed, vacuumed, and cleaned it. I would recommend Victory Lane to others and if I happen to hit another possum, I'll go back.
